• Rhinoplasty: Also known as a nose job or nose surgery, rhinoplasty reshapes the literal centerpiece of your face. • Eyelid Surgery: Many men in their 20’s and 30’s are bothered by dark circles and bags below their eyes. In the 40+ age category there can be more sagging skin. Both contribute to an aged and tired appearance, and may even affect your vision. Dr. Pourtaheri can perform blepharoplasty to give you a refreshed look that helps you appear years younger and better rested.
• Brow / Forehead Lift: A heavy, furrowed brow can give men the appearance of being angry or older. Forehead wrinkles may also contribute to a worn, elderly look. To reverse brow / forehead aging and wrinkling, a brow / forehead lift can elevate the eyebrows, and smooth the skin between or above the eyebrows. Dr. Pourtaheri is experienced in techniques for men that can improve a receding hairline at the same time.
• Chin Augmentation: A well-defined chin is often thought to be the hallmark of a masculine face. If you have a small or asymmetrical chin, chin augmentation can give you better facial balance, symmetry, and masculinity.

• Liposuction: This procedure is about helping men achieve the body shape they want by removing fat in a controlled, artistic way. In men we often remove fat from around the midsection to create a more sculpted, V-shaped waist. Liposuction can be performed on almost any area of the body where you are looking for a slimmer profile and / or improved muscle definition.
• Gynecomastia Treatment: Also known as a male breast reduction, this procedure involves the removal of breast tissue to masculinize the chest. Rounded or protruding breast tissue in men can be unnerving. In minor cases of gynecomastia, liposuction alone can be used to remove excess breast and fatty tissue for a more masculine appearance. More severe cases involve both liposuction and excision (surgical removal) of chest skin and breast tissue, requiring an incision.
