Meet Dr. Pourtaheri
An engineer before becoming a plastic surgeon, Dr. Navid Pourtaheri has a leg up when it comes to problem solving and surgical planning with the latest technology.
We offer in-house patient financing on a case-by-case basis and can work with financing partners like PatientFi for those who pre-qualify. For reconstruction patients, we submit claims to most medical insurance companies and can help you navigate the process. If you have questions about financing for a procedure or would like to request pricing information, you can contact us through our confidential online form or call / text us at 415-523-5235.
After you have scheduled an appointment, new patients will be asked to complete and submit our intake paperwork. They include a review of your medical and surgical history, symptoms, and consents for treatment and photography. If you have any questions about the forms please call us, or inquire upon checking-in for your visit. All new patients should bring a valid photo identification and a copy of your insurance card (if you have medical insurance).
At B.A.E. Plastic Surgery, our goal is to make your experience with us as seamless as possible. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our office and look forward to serving you. If there is anything we can do to make you feel more at home, please let us know.
